We use AI to draft invoices quickly. You remain in full control: always review and edit drafts before sending.

What AI does

  • Parses a short description or note into draft line items and totals.
  • Respects your selected language and currency.
  • Never sends without your explicit review.

Your data

  • Draft inputs and outputs are used to generate invoices for you.
  • We don’t sell your data. Access is restricted via role-based controls.
  • Transport is encrypted (TLS). Storage is encrypted by our provider. RLS isolates each organization.

Guardrails

  • Clear “AI drafts; you review” messaging across the app.
  • Error handling and gentle timeouts if a response takes too long.
  • Prefers-reduced-motion respected in UI animations.
